The Pineridge playset has an upper level cabin package including a wipe clean chalk board and a UV resistant tarp, which can be reached either by the combination rock wall/ladder or the rope ladder at the back of the tower.

Underneath, there is a picnic table and a sandbox area.  The Pineridge also features a 2.4m (8ft) wave slide, a 2-child glider and 2 belt swings.
