Lead Time
We aim to have deliveries made in approximately 10 working days from the date of order. This can sometimes be longer during the busier periods and occasionally be as long as 4 weeks. Should lead time be in excess of our standard deliveries, the distribution centre will call you to advise
Timber
All climbing frames are supplied with pressure treated timber cut to length
Guarantee
The hardware parts in the kit and slide etc are covered by a 5 year manufacturers guarantee. The supplied timber is guaranteed against rot and insect attack for 10 years.

Jungle Gym products are intended for single-family residential use only and not intended for use in any public setting. Placement in any public setting constitutes a misuse of this product.
How many children can play on the play sets?
No more than 3 children, with a maximum weight of 50 kg each, should be allowed to play on a standard tower play set. No more than 5 children, with a maximum weight of 50 kg each, should be allowed to play on a standard tower play set in combination with a swing.

Hi, i've just completed building the jungle gym hut climbing frame - bit of hard work but looks good. anyway... how necessary is it to use concrete for the ground anchors? we have pretty heavy clay soil so i'm thinking theres no way its going to move anyway - just wanted your advice on what people tend to do. thanks bill pinnell 07747 065715
Answer Glad to hear all is well with the climbing frame. Suggest using the ground anchors without concrete first and if you feel that they are not providing sufficient achorage on their own, retro bed them in concrete.
